  10. I recently upgraded from win3.1 to win95 and use the win95 winsock and a Hayes
  11. Accura 144 modem to dial into my ISP. My file transfer speeds during FTP with
  12. either my Web Browser or any other ftp program continuously drops during the
  13. course of the file transfer from about 1.2 Kbaud/sec to about 0.2 Kbaud/sec.
  14. This happens even when I connect to my work pc knowing that there will be no
  15. traffic problems. Could someone please email me with any comments, suggestions
